-Can I combine preorders with in hands?
Yes, this is something I've begun to allow! However, upon placing their order the customer must understand that I will not ship in hands until the preorder item is complete and be content with waiting.

-Grading
Grading varies from batch to batch as not all manufacturers have the same standard of quality. I would not say I'm a harsh grader but I will always send the best pins out first. If a batch has certain flaws across all pins it will be mentioned in the description of the pins shop listing. Please take special care to read my descriptions!
Preorders will always be given the best of the batch. Pfps are not graded (though, I still do my best to send the best first).

-Lost mail
As long as I still have stock of that pin I am happy to send replacements. If I do not have leftover stock I will refund instead. In order to receive a replacement or a refund the package must be determined lost and given 5-7 days time to arrive late.

-Returns
If a pin you receive is not up to your standards, please email me and I will allow you to return it and be refunded. Any Return request is expected to be within a few days of receipt, not months after with buyers remorse. If a customer is a frequent returner however I ask that they no longer purchase from me.
